The Yoga class for children is a space for the little ones where children can have fun while developing their gross motor skills and learning to be aware of their mind and body. In this class, the instructor will guide the student through the game in activities where the child will carry out breathing exercises, stretching, yoga postures, sing and relax deeply at the end of the class.
