Meet your Yoga Instructor... Amy Riemer!

Amy is a world traveling yogi that likes to explore new places through the local cuisine and local yoga scene. However while the travel is on hold, she has been diving into teaching virtual yoga! Amy has over 600 hours of yoga teaching experience to both adults and children.

She has taught yoga in elementary schools, studios, apartment buildings, a military base, at community events, and to corporate groups. She loves exposing new populations to yoga and mindfulness, and giving students the tools to empower their lives.

There is nothing better than the 'a ha' moment that students get when they accomplish something new, that they never thought was possible.
