Welcome to WayToGo21 LLC. By enrolling in our programs, purchasing our services, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and policies. Please read them carefully.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
- No-shows are considered completed sessions and are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling is subject to tutor availability.
- Documented medical emergencies may be reviewed for exceptions at the sole discretion of WayToGo21 LLC.
2. Payment Policy
- Payment is required in advance of all tutoring sessions and programs.
- Tutoring packages are non-refundable once purchased.
- Unused sessions do not carry over beyond the agreed package period.
- Accepted payment methods: credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and approved online payment platforms.
3. Liability Waiver
- Participation in all tutoring and enrichment programs offered by WayToGo21 LLC is voluntary.
- In-person enrichment programs (including but not limited to cooking classes, Latin dance classes, robotics and mechanics, and yoga) involve inherent risks of injury.
- Parents and legal guardians assume full responsibility for their child's participation in all programs.
- WayToGo21 LLC, its employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
- By enrolling a student, parent/guardian authorizes WayToGo21 LLC to seek emergency medical treatment if necessary and assumes responsibility for associated costs.
- This constitutes a general release of liability to the fullest extent permitted by Virginia law.
4. Media Release
- By enrolling in WayToGo21 LLC programs, parent/guardian grants consent for photographs, videos, and audio recordings of the student to be used for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes.
- Media may be used on the WayToGo21 LLC website, social media channels, printed materials, and advertising.
- Parents/guardians may opt out of media release by providing written notice to info@waytogo21.com.
5. Privacy Policy
- WayToGo21 LLC is committed to protecting the personal information of all students, parents, and guardians.
- Personal data collected (names, contact information, academic records) is used exclusively for academic and administrative communication.
- WayToGo21 LLC does not sell, share, or distribute personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
- All data is stored securely in compliance with applicable Virginia and United States privacy laws.
- Parents/guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting info@waytogo21.com.
6. Online Session Disclaimer
- Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring appropriate supervision of students during online sessions, particularly for younger children.
- Students must have access to adequate internet connectivity and appropriate equipment (computer, tablet, or smartphone with camera and microphone) for online sessions.
- Online sessions may not be recorded by any party without mutual written consent from WayToGo21 LLC and the parent/guardian.
- WayToGo21 LLC is not responsible for technical issues arising from the student's internet connection or equipment.
Legal Implementation
- • A mandatory checkbox agreeing to these Terms & Policies is required before any payment.
- • A downloadable PDF version of these policies is available upon request.
- • These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
